Meatless Everyday

This'll be a post and run, readers but I've given up meat for a while and just wanted to share some meals I've been trying out. Let me know if anyone wants recipes!
Spanakopita
Carrot/Zucchini Pancakes

Chickpea Lemon Burger
Topped with spinach and a yogurt cucumber sauce

Blackened Salmon
Had this with some mashed avocado and greek yogurt spread

  1. Ohh... how'd you make the Greek yogurt spread? I've made a few but they taste *quite* right :)

  2. I actually used regular plain yogurt instead of Greek yogurt and mixed it with some water, cucumber, sea salt and garlic. You can also dry toast some cumin seeds in a pan and sprinkle that in. Just yummo!
